Bob Phillips Surf Art & and Fine Art
My age is now 83. Married to Joyce for 61 years. We have three
children, five grandchildren and six great grandsons at present.
We live in Huntington Beach, Calif. Both of us grew up in nearby
Long Beach. The entire family is beach oriented, many are surfers,
we can put up to 12 surfers in the water when we all get together for
our annual surf party.
Wife and I have had a great life and enjoy our close knit family, most
of whom live within a mile.
I served as a rifleman with an infantry company for several months in
the Korean War. 1951. Purple Heart, Combat Infantry Badge,
Korean War Ribbon wBronze Campaign Star, United Nations Ribbon.
I have been painting for many years. The artwork is mostly surf art,
however winery art is also created.
Acrylic is the medium of choice. The size of the work I do ranges
from 5 by 7 inches, to 18 by 24. Occasionaly a larger piece is
created.
There are over 500 of my original paintings and quality reproductions
in numerous private and corporate collections throughout the USA,
Canada, Mexico, Europe, UK, South Africa, Asia, and Polynesia.
